Silent Night

I was saved. I was on the verge of losing all sense of who I was and my identity with no control of my emotions and then I was saved. This book is a collection of poetry and how a girl went across a transformation of spirituality. She was going through a time of despair and desolation. It was a part of her BPD, a personality disorder that had developed gradually since the age of 13 but got worse with time. She thought there would be no escape or cure. She had tried plenty of different therapies but none really alleviated her symptoms. But as fate would have it, things changed. Her habits modified for the better. It wasn’t an overnight change. It was all a result of continuous effort throughout the years, she says, thanks to her parents and a number of other people who took part in helping her recover. These poems used to help her cope with the stress, mundanity of everyday life and intense emotions. She is not struggling with them now, so writes peacefully and with much joy A book of strong will and survival
